Master Tony Preston has over 30 years of Martial Arts experience with Black Belt Dan grades in four Martial Arts. The Academy holds classes in Karate, Kickboxing, Escrima and general fitness.

We have a Tiger Cubs class for children aged 3-6 years old which teaches them self discipline, concentration skills, courtesy, respect and of course increases their fitness. Karate classes for ages 7 to adult. Junior Kickboxing classes for aged 8 to 13 years and adult Kickboxing classes for 14 years upwards. A new Martial Art called Escrima has been recently introduced, an art using weaponry and grappling.

The Academy is a fully equipped Martial Arts centre with special padded flooring in the training area. There is a shower and lounge viewing area where spectators and parents can relax and have free refreshments.
