The Great Bulkington Railway GBR

The railway offers sit on train rides and can be hired (subject to weather conditions) together with the village hall for children's birthday parties.

We are located on the corner of Mill Lane in the village of Bulkington, near Seend next to the village hall. There is a thousand feet of railway track, a 40 foot long tunnel and lots of workings signals. We have ride on carriages for our passengers and are supported by the West Wiltshire Society of Model Engineers. Toilets are available in the Village Hall.

All monies raised go towards various charities, principally the village hall funds.

For more information contact The Station Master, Nev Boulton, on 01380 828101

On various planned occasions throughout the year this excellent private miniature railway opens for steam and ‘diesel’ powered train rides for adults and children of all ages.
