The Mid Wylye Valley ward of West Wiltshire District Council includes both sides of the Wylye Valley between the southern edge of Warminster and Bapton, but it also takes in a large part of Salisbury Plain. The ward includes Bapton, Bishopstrow, Boyton, Chitterne, Chitterne Ansty, Codford St Mary, Codford St Peter, Corton, Heytesbury, Imber, Knook, Norton Bavant, Sherrington, Stockton, Tytherington, and Upton Lovell.

Codford PC (Codford St Mary & Codford St Peter)

Stockton PC (Bapton, Stockton, & Fisherton Mill)
Upton Lovell PC (Upton Lovell)
Bishopstrow, Norton Bavant and Sherrington are small villages and have Parish
Meetings instead of Parish Councils - that is, all electors for the parish are members.
