The Crockerton Forum was formed on 22nd April 2008 to establish a vehicle by which parents of children at the school and residents of the village can meet to discuss mutual problems in order to come to reasoned solutions. The school seeks to support the Forum by offering whatever assistance it can and to act as a primary point of communication. In the longer term, it is hoped that the forum will become a more social vehicle to aid communication flow between residents, school and parents, thus enabling any potential issues to be identified earlier. The school, in undertaking the primary communication role, will provide the resources to support communication in the form of the school website and circulars or notices. This is not intended to replace communication already in place, such as the Parish Magazine, but rather to supplement it by providing information specifically focussed on the school.
