I represent the Westbury Ham and Dilton division in Wilts hire County Council and the Mid Wylye Valley ward of West Wiltshire District Council. I am also a member of the Congress of the Council of Europe. Please contact me for any help or advice you need.

The County Council deals with county roads, schools, social services, the youth service, emergency planning, waste disposal, rights of way, household recycling centres and some planning matters. I am your county councillor if you live in Westbury Ham, Dilton Marsh or Heywood Storridge.

The District Council deals with most planning matters, housing and leisure services, waste collection, environmental health, licensing, public transport concessionary fares and street cleaning. I am your district councillor if you live in the Mid Wylye Valley ward (that is, Bapton, Bishopstrow, Boyton, Chitterne, Chitterne Ansty, Codford, Corton, Heytesbury, Imber, Knook, Norton Bavant, Sherrington, Stockton, Tytherington, and Upton Lovell).

The Council of Europe (not to be confused with the European Union) has only a fraction of the EU's budget and is concerned with the three 'core issues' of human rights, democratic standards and the rule of law.
