Since June 2009, I represent the Warminster Copheap and Wylye division of the new Wilts hire Council. Before that, I was the West Wiltshire District Council member for the Mid Wylye Valley ward (1995-2009) and also county councillor for Westbury (1997- 2005) and for Westbury Ham and Dilton (2005-2009). I am also a member of the Congress of the Council of Europe. Please contact me for any help or advice you need.

The Wiltshire Council deals with planning matters, county roads and rights of way, schools, social services, libraries, the youth service, emergency planning, waste collection and disposal, household recycling centres, housing and leisure services, environmental health, licensing, public transport concessionary fares and street cleaning (among other things). I am your county councillor if you live in the Warminster Copheap and Wylye electoral area (that is, Bapton, Bishopstrow, Boyton, Chitterne, Chitterne Ansty, Codford, Corton, Heytesbury, Imber, Knook, Norton Bavant, Sherrington, Stockton, Tytherington, Upton Lovell, and the town of Warminster north of the railway line, including most of the Warminster Garrison).

The Council of Europe (not to be confused with the European Union) has only a fraction of the EU's budget and is concerned with the three 'core issues' of human rights, democratic standards and the rule of law. Almost all European countries are members, now including all of the former Soviet republics. For more information, see the links at the side of this page.
