What do we Do?
Opera Piccola is keen to offer concerts or after dinner entertainment for charity fundraising, and for social events. We would be happy to perform at any suitable venue (eg theatres, churches, halls, schools and hotels). Based in the Bradford-on-Avon area, we aim to perform at semi- professional standard locally (and occasionally overseas). Our performances demonstrate the inimitable Opera Piccola style, providing stimulating entertainment for audiences, and a rewarding experience for singers.

Humorous semi-staged presentations and lively narrations have guaranteed audience enjoyment in more than 125 Opera Piccola performances since 1988. Our programmes include an attractive variety of solos, duets, ensembles and choruses. As well as presenting excerpts, we have also mounted fully staged productions of complete operas, including The Magic Flute at Iford Manor. Winter Nights, specially commissioned from Graham Billing and Mark Davies, has been performed in Bradford and Bath, and also in Germany and France. Vacancies arise occasionally for enthusiastic opera singers.
