Hello,following retirement after a career of almost 40 years in finance/management in several public bodies, including councils and new town development corporations ,I was elected as a conservative councillor for Melksham Without on West Wiltshire District Council in 2003.In May 2005 I was also elected as a County councillor .I am married to wife Diane, and we have three grown up children who have'flown the nest'.We have lived in Bowerhill, happily for 13 years.
I have found my previous local government experience an advantage in helping the people who I represent.
