Warminster Copheap and Wylye

The Warminster Copheap and Wylye division of the new Wiltshire Council was created in 2009 and was based on the former Mid Wylye Valley district ward. It included both sides of the Wylye Valley between Bapton and the southern edge of Warminster, taking in much of Salisbury Plain, with the villages of Bapton, Bishopstrow, Boyton, Chitterne, Chitterne Ansty, Codford St Mary and St Peter, Corton, Heytesbury, Imber, Knook, Norton Bavant, Sherrington, Stockton, Tytherington, and Upton Lovell.

The only change in creating a new unitary division called Warminster Copheap and Wylye was to add the part of the town of Warminster north of the railway line, where more than half of the voters were in the British Army's Warminster Garrison.
This division came to an end in May 2021, when the rural parishes all moved into a new Wylye Valley electoral area, together with Sutton Veny and all the Deverills.

The town and parish councils in the division were:

Boyton PC (Boyton & Corton)
Chitterne PC (Chitterne St Mary & Chitterne All Saints)
Codford PC (Codford St Mary & Codford St Peter)
Heytesbury, Imber & Knook PC (Chitterne Ansty, Heytesbury, Imber, Knook & Tytherington)
Stockton PC (Bapton, Stockton, & Fisherton Mill)
Upton Lovell PC (Upton Lovell)
Warminster TC (Warminster Copheap ward of the town of Warminster)

Bishopstrow, Norton Bavant and Sherrington are small villages and have Parish Meetings instead of Parish Councils: so in each parish all local electors are members.
